POLARIS RECALL information
Update From Leaders RPM
Polaris has issued a safety recall (S-22-09) for numerous snowmobile models across multiple model years. Polaris will be allocating repair parts to dealers as they become available; dealers are unable to influence the timing and volume of parts allocated. At this time Polaris is only shipping recall parts to Leaders RPM for machines that were sold by us. We are unable to obtain parts for units purchased elsewhere until Polaris has sufficient stock to allow at-will ordering.
Leaders RPM is keeping a running list of customers who own affected units, and will contact these customers to schedule the recall work once parts for their unit(s) becomes available. Please text or call our Service department to get your name on our list; if texting, please include your name and phone number, the model and year, and if you did not purchase it from Leaders, the VIN number as well. You may also complete the online request form below, and one of our service advisors will contact you to confirm that you are on our list.
Again, Leaders is unable to influence how quickly we can get parts. While this recall is a Polaris issue, Leaders is committed to taking care of our customers as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding, given the sheer number of snowmobiles affected.”
