Customer Service and Satisfaction
Leaders has been servicing boating and powersports enthusiasts in Southwest Michigan and the world over for more than 40 years. Our goal is to meet and exceed our customer's expectations by delivering superior service and exceptional value through quality merchandise and motivated, friendly employees who perform with pride and dedication. Your satisfaction is our primary concern.

Payment Methods
Secured Online Shopping:
We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Security is provided by through one of our payment gateways; Paypal, Authorize.net, BrainTree or Amazon Pay. Not all methods of payment are available for all orders. Orders are accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases are verified for your protection. We also accept credit card payments over the phone. We do not store any credit card information in our systems.
Non-Payment:
In the event that we do not receive payment for an order, we will e-mail the customer to request payment. If payment is not received, the request can be elevated based on the shopping venue to receive a case number. After 15 days, items will be returned to stock for possible future sale and any transactions voided.
Sales Tax
Michigan state law requires collection of tax on product and shipping charges for orders shipped to a Michigan address or picked up from our physical location.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Shipping and handling charges are based on total size and weight of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge of your order prior to billing the additional charge and shipping.
PO Box addresses: Two day service is not available. Tracking your package will provide accurate timelines.
HazMat items: (oil, flammables, hazardous materials, etc.) must be shipped ground, in compliance with air shipping laws.
Shipment:
We ship via UPS or US Postal Service in the Continental US. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's and International orders will have an additional shipping charges applied at the time of order. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you of the increased shipping charge prior to billing the additional charge or shipping.
Outside the Continental US: International, US Protectorates, Alaska and Hawaii
Propellers, roofs, doors, bumpers and electronics are FINAL SALE when sold outside the Continental US. Due to some compliance agreements, we are not allowed to accept orders outside the Continental U.S. the following; BRP, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, oil, sprays or grease. There may be other items that cannot be shipped for various reasons. Please verify your fitment before placing your orders. Orders shipped outside the US will go through customs. The buyer is responsible to pay all Import Fees including: customs, duties, taxes or other fees for their order. Paperwork is provided to customs at the value the customer paid for the item - no exceptions. When using UPS for shipment, Import Fees can be paid on-line before delivery by using UPS's website to track your package. If they are not paid ahead, the balance is due upon delivery.
Delivery Time:
Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the Continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's and International Orders.
Consolidated Shipments:
Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Returns
Returns must be authorized by Leaders RPM using a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Exchanges
Customer purchased in error and wishes to exchange the original item for a replacement should contact customer service directly at (833) 545-3222. Customer service can issue a return request and create a replacement order. Customer Service is available Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm eastern time.
Return/Exchange Instructions
Step 1:
Evaluate the product. All returns MUST BE in the same condition as it was sent and in resale-able condition. Electrical parts, propellers and service manuals are not returnable if installed, tried or opened, no exceptions. If an item is returned that has been used, tried, damaged, dirty, or damaged packaging, the customer will NOT receive credit. Please do not return opened or broken items and expect a full refund. Returns must be authorized by Leaders RPM using a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. International orders should read international shipping rules before executing a RMA request. Step 2:
Enclose a copy of your packing list or invoice or RMA. This information should include the full name, product's item number and order number along with detailed return/exchange instructions and the product for return/exchange.
Step 3:
Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. The customer can use the original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. International customers should mark item as “return, gift, or exchange” so as not to incur additional duty or taxes.

Step 4:
